CAC, licences, IDs, tax and bank documents, as PDF files.

Once approved, you receive your customer code and can start placing orders.
Can companies outside Nigeria register?
Yes. Pick your country on the form: the storage and retail licence numbers and some documents, such as CAC registration, TIN and tax clearance, are only required for companies in Nigeria. The requirements pages show which documents apply to local and international customers.
Can I register for both petroleum products and petrochemicals?
Yes. Register for one category first. Once that registration is approved, sign in and register for the other: your company details and documents on file are reused, so you only add what is missing.
What documents do I need, and in what format?
Every document is uploaded as a PDF, up to 10 MB in total. The list depends on the category and on where your company is based. See the petroleum and petrochemical requirements. Documents that are not in English need a certified translation.
Who should be the authorised representative?
The person who will manage the account for your company. We create the portal account for them, and the sign-in details and registration PIN are sent to their email address, so use an address they check.
What happens after I submit?
Our team reviews your details and documents and may contact your representative if something is missing or unclear. You can follow the status from your dashboard after signing in. Once approved, you receive a customer code.
What is a customer code, and how can someone check it?
It is the code that identifies your company as an approved Dangote customer, and you need it to place orders. Anyone can confirm a code is valid, and see which company it belongs to, on the certificate verification page.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We send you a link to set a new password.
